Concentrations

Overview: What is the IS concentration?

Concentrations are NOT required for graduation. However, a certificate will be conferred to those who complete concentration requirements upon graduation. It is issued in the name of the Division Chair of IS.

International Business and Economics [BE]
International Law and Diplomacy [LD]
Asian Studies [AS]

Requirements
One must complete 18 credits for each concentration to obtain the certificate. If one selects 2 concentrations and takes one overlapping course in both concentrations, the course may be considered as fulfilling 3 credits for each concentration. An overall GPA of 2.7 is required for graduation with a certificate of concentration.
