2023학년도 전기(2024년 2월 졸업) 학위수여식 안내

졸업을 축하드립니다.

2023학년도 전기 학위수여식을 다음과 같이 계획하오니 졸업예정자는 참고하여 주시기 바라며, 학위수여식에 많이 참석해 주시기 바랍니다.

※ 학사과정 졸업확정 여부는 유레카→마이유레카→학사→졸업→졸업확정여부조회에서 확인할 수 있습니다.

1. 졸업예배

 가. 일시 및 장소: 2024. 2. 25.(일) 14:00, 중강당 

 나. 졸업예배에 학부모님께서도 많은 참석 바랍니다.

2. 학위수여식

 가. 일시 및 장소: 2024. 2. 26.(월) 14:00, 대강당 (약 1시간 소요)

 나. 행사 참석 대상자: 2024년 2월 졸업자 

 다. 복장: 졸업가운, 모자, 술, 후드(석․박사) 착용

 라. 입장: 학위수여식 당일 오후 1시 40분까지 대강당에 개별 입장하여 정해진 좌석에 앉아 주십시오.

                학위수여식이 진행되는 동안에는 입장 또는 퇴장할 수 없습니다.

 마. 졸업증서 및 교원자격증, 학위기는 학위수여식이 끝난 후 소속 전공(학과) 사무실에서 받아 가시기 바랍니다.

3. 졸업가운 및 후드, 모자 대여/반납(학사 및 일반대학원 석사)  *학위복 대여 스크랜튼대학 공지 바로가기 Click!

 가. 대여/반납 기간: 2024. 2. 22(목),  2. 23(금),  2.26(월) 예정, 각 대학(원)별로 상이하므로 반드시 확인

 나. 대여/반납 장소: 소속 전공(학과) 사무실, 구체적인 건물과 호수는 대학(원)에 반드시 확인

 다. 박사학위 수여자는 졸업가운 및 후드, 모자를 각자 준비하여야 합니다.

4. 유의사항 

 가. 학위수여식 사전연습: 2. 25.(일) 15:30, 대강당 / 박사․석사․학사학위 수여자 대표 참석

 나. 학위수여식이 엄숙하게 진행될 수 있도록 협조하여 주시기 바랍니다.

 다. 전문/특수대학원 졸업생의 졸업과 관련된 사항은 해당 대학원 행정실로 문의하시기 바랍니다.

 라. 당일 학부모님을 위한 좌석은 대강당 2층과 학위수여식 실황중계가 가능한 중강당 및 이삼봉홀(ECC 지하4층)에 마련되어 있습니다.

 마. 교내 주차공간이 부족하오니 당일 대중교통을 이용하여 주시기 바랍니다.

 ※ 주차장 만차 시 교내 차량 입차가 전면 중단됩니다.

5. 스크랜튼대학 학부 졸업식후 행사 (Graduation Convocation)

가. 일시: 2024. 2. 26(월) 3:30
 ※ 3:20 까지 행사장에 도착하여 정해진 좌석에 앉아주십시오.

나. 장소: 대학교회 대예배실(3층)

다. 내용: 학장 축사, 졸업생 대표 인사말, 졸업증서 및 상장 수여 등

February 2024 Graduation Ceremony Notice

Congratulations on your graduation.

Below, you can find information on graduation ceremony for students graduating in February 2024.

Graduation Worship Service

 A. Date & Venue: Sunday, 14:00 February 25, 2024, Case Hall(Emerson Chapel)

 B. Attendance of family members will be appreciated.

2. Graduation Ceremony

 A. Date & Venue: Monday, 14:00 February 26, 2024, Welch-Ryang Auditorium(Chapel)

  The ceremony will run for approximately 1 hour.

 B. Dress code: Graduation gown, hat, tassel, hood(graduate students only)

 C. Please enter the ceremony no later than 13:40 and be seated at your designated seats. 

 (You cannot enter or leave during the graduation ceremony.)

 D. Please receive your certificate at your department office after the graduation ceremony.

3. Graduation Gown Rent & Return: gown, hat, and hood(undergraduate and master student) * Click to see details

 A. Period:  2,22(Thu),  2.23(Fri),  2.26(Mon) 

 - Please check with your college/department office for details

 B. Location: College/department Office 

 C. Doctoral students must prepare their own graduations gown, hat and hood. 

4. Important Notice

 A. Graduation ceremony rehearsal (student representative only) 

 : Sunday, 15:30 February 25th, 2024, Welch-Ryang Auditorium

 B. We ask for your kind cooperation to attend the ceremony in a solemn manner.

 C. Inquiries for graduation of Professional/Special Graduate School should be directed to the graduate school administration office.

 D. Seats for parents are available at the Welch-Ryang Auditorium 2nd floor,

      or Case Hall (Graduate School Building) and the ECC B4 Leesambong-Hall where the ceremony will be aired live.

 E. Please use public transportation due to limited parking space.

 ※ Once the parking is full, car entry will be limited.

5. Scranton Convocation

A. Date and time: Monday, 3:30 February 26th, 2024 (Assembly time :  3:20)

B. Venue:  Church Building 301,  Big Chapel Hall
