Dear Madam/Sir,

We are GIS, Global Initiatives Symposium in Taiwan, an international conference organized by university students in Taiwan. Through this conference, we seek to gather other university students of the world to share their innovative ideas and to generate feasible suggestions to current issues faced by the global community.

A few weeks ago, posters of our conference have been mailed to your school. In the meantime, several related documents are also attached to this email. These include: a letter of invitation from the president of National Taiwan University, a promotion letter serving as advertising material, a brochure with detailed information of our conference, and flyers in both black and white and colored versions.

Our conference will take place between July 6th and 12th at National Taiwan University, Taipei, Taiwan. Call for participate will expire on March 15th. We humbly ask, with appreciation, that the administration of your school would kindly circulate these documents through internal networks, and thus make our conference known to your students.

If there is any question, you are more than welcome to visit our website or email us. It would be our greatest honor to have your students' presence at our conference. Again, your kind assistance is greatly appreciated.
